Before you make one of the biggest investments of your life, it is essential that you have obtained a complete, thorough, and unbiased analysis of the components and systems within and outside of your home. This will allow you to be well informed of the home's overall condition. A general home inspection can take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on various factors such as age, size, and condition of the home. After the home inspection, every client will receive a detailed, comprehensive report that will contain descriptive, plain language with corresponding, full color pictures (and videos if necessary), which will allow for the individual to be more confident when making decisions regarding whether or not repairs or maintenance are needed prior to closing on their new home.

•  Attic - Insulation, Ventilation, and Structural Components

•  Built In Appliances 

•  HVAC - Furnace and A/C

•  Plumbing - Water Heater, Showers, Tubs, Sinks, and Toilets

•  Electrical - Circuit Breaker Panel, Outlets, and Light Fixtures
