Chris Markham lives in Westfield, Indiana with his wife, Morgan, and two children. Chris enjoys an occasional DIY house project, playing a round of golf, and watching as much baseball as his wife will allow. Chris has an extensive background in customer service and truly enjoys helping others.
Chris received his Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Management, Economics, and Finance as well as Masters of Business Administration at McKendree University.
Chris is a licensed Home Inspector (#HI01900020) and a licensed Real Estate agent (#RB15001275) in the state of Indiana. He is also a member of InterNACHI, International Association of Home Inspectors.

Morgan Markham is the commander of the ship, director of everything, and boss lady of Markham Inspection Services. Most importantly, she is Chris’ wife and mom to their two amazing children. She is a native of Fishers, but she now resides in Westfield with her family. The Hoosier state has been her home since birth but she secretly wishes that her parents would have made the decision somewhere along the way to move her to her home away from home, Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. Morgan doesn’t have many hobbies as her days are filled with all the responsibilities that come with being a mom to two little kiddos, but she occasionally enjoys an extra large cup of coffee, any opportunity to escape to the beach with her family, a good DIY project, and spending time outdoors (when it is warm).
Morgan is formerly a 3rd grade teacher within her community of Westfield, Indiana. She obtained her Bachelors Degrees in Elementary and Special Education from Purdue University. BOILER UP! As a teacher by trade, organization, effective communication, task management, and building relationships are skills that she developed throughout her career in education. All of which she is able to utilize as an operator of the company every day. Morgan strives to provide each customer with exceptional customer service before, during, and after their inspection services to ensure that this portion of the home buying process is as stress free as possible for the buyer and/or seller.
It has always been a dream of Morgan and Chris’ to own their own business together, and they couldn't have imagined how much they would enjoy working together as business partners. Morgan thoroughly enjoys working together as a team with, Chris and Kevin, to serve members of the community by providing home inspection services to buyers and sellers within our area. Morgan looks forward to all that lies ahead as Markham Inspection Services continues to grow. Kevin Markham,

Kevin and his wife, Pam, recently moved to Westfield, Indiana to be near their son, Chris, and his wife, Morgan. Kevin loves to spend time with his two grandchildren. He also enjoys an occasional round of golf and bowling a few games from time to time.
Kevin spent over 25 years of his career in Hospitality and Facilities Management and has overseen many hotel renovations. He has, also, completed two home renovations and a new home build. His diverse background has been heavily focused on the details of hospitality and maintenance, which has provided him a wealth of knowledge. Kevin has served as a Rotarian in his local community for twenty years. As a volunteer for this organization, he has led many efforts to give back to the members of his town through organizing fundraising events and coordinating various initiatives to support other citizens. Kevin is excited to join the Markham Inspection Services team and add his experiences and background to the home inspection business his son and daughter in law have established.
Kevin is a licensed Home Inspector (#HI01900033) in the state of Indiana. He is also a member of InterNACHI, International Association of Home Inspectors.
Kevin understands that buying a home can be a very emotional experience that brings a large financial commitment. As a home inspector, Kevin strives to provide every customer exceptional service that will leave them with the information they need to make a sound decision when making a real estate purchase.
Jon Palmer,
Home Inspector (HI02100097)
Jon graduated from Ball State University in 2003 with a degree in elementary education. Soon afterward, he obtained his MAE. He taught for a total of 17 years, first in Muncie, then in Fortville where he now resides. He has two fantastic boys and another amazing stepdaughter and stepson from his wife Lydgia.
Speaking of Lydgia, she is his most favorite person in all the world. From traveling to hanging out with family and friends to raising their four kids and two dogs, if it’s not with Lydgia he doesn’t want it.
Jon quickly discovered that no one else on the Markham team can hold a candle to his golfing capabilities and this pleases him. When he has a spare minute, Jon likes to do house projects, read, shoot some pool, and watch his programs. Although the newest member of the Markham team, he loves everyone’s dedication, hard work, and humorous personalities.
It's clear that Jon is very excited about this career, and will bring his love of helping others to your inspections. He cannot wait to serve his community in one of the most meaningful adventures in life: buying a home!
Scott has been a valuable team member at Markham Inspection Services since early 2020.
When he’s not working for the family business, he enjoys playing a round of golf, cheering for the Fighting Irish, or spending time with family.
Scott spent the majority of his career working as a mortgage lending executive so he has a lot of valuable insight and experience in this industry!
